When You Arrive

We understand that the first hours of recovery are stressful. We do not believe in a lengthy admission interview on the first day however you will be assessed by the medical team on arrival.
Following this you will be checked-in, have a brief tour of the facilities, and given some time to relax from your journey. Your Recovery Coach will be on hand at all times, to welcome you and show you round.
The first few days are normally quiet and stress-free, and we will not expect a lot from you in terms of activities or participation in groups.
As soon as you are ready, we will encourage you to join the team in the morning outings to the beach and to attend group work.
With only nine clients at a time, we have a unique degree of flexibility when it comes to choice in activities and alternative therapies.
We try and find out as much as we can about you and your passions prior to your arrival so we can cater to any and all interests – no matter how obscure they might be.
